Our Practice Offers the Following Facilities:
- Wheelchair access: The surgery has disabled access; if you need help when visiting the surgery, please inform staff in advance.
- Induction loop is available.
- Disabled car parking is available.
- Car parking is available.
Disabled Access
Our aim is to enable all our patients to use the services at our sites as easily as possible.
Our surgery is accessible to patients using a wheelchair. Please tell the receptionist if you are likely to have any difficulty when making your appointment so we can accommodate. We also have parking spaces outside our practice which are reserved for patients with an appointment. We have a disabled bay for use by patients displaying a disabled badge.
For patients with hearing problems, we have a special hearing loop. Please notify our reception staff should you wish to use this facility.
- All clinical services in our building are offered on the ground floor with easy access to rooms.
- We have disabled toilet facilities.
- We have an on-site lift to provide access to the first floor if needed.
- We have a Portable Loop Facility in the surgery to assist patients with hearing aids.
Please ask at Reception if you wish to use this piece of equipment either at the reception desk itself or when you see a doctor or nurse in their consulting room.
Personal mobility scooters are not permitted in the building for health and safety reasons.

Out-Of-Hours
During the night and at weekends the surgery uses a deputising service. If you require a visit when the surgery is closed please ring 0121 555 5635 and listen to the message, you will be given another telephone number to ring and depending on your problem you will be given advice, requested to attend a Primary Care Centre or a visit will be made to your home. Please remember only ring in cases of genuine emergency.

Wednesday: 5.15 to 8.30pm
The referral criteria to access the clinic is:
- One off dressings if no Advanced Nurse Practitioner appointments available
- Removal of sutures/clip
- Injections
- IV's (dependent on staff on duty)
- Catheter change
Please note this clinic is by appointment only by ringing 0121 612 2199 after 5.15pm to check if there are any available appointments.
